Biography

Mary joined Valerie Wilson Travel in 2006, following a successful retail management experience from Talbots to her role as Vice President Marketing at Valerie Wilson Travel (VWT), where she has been a driving force since 2006. Leading VWT’s marketing efforts, Mary is the expert in developing and executing high-level marketing strategies, while ensuring the brand’s vision remains at the forefront. She provides guidance to VWT’s in-house marketing team, spearheads Virtuoso Marketing, and collaborates across brands and departments to elevate the company’s presence.

Noteworthy achievements under Mary’s leadership include orchestrating VWT’s 35th Anniversary celebration, which attracted over 500 industry representatives, and launching the inaugural VWT GOALS Academy, a premier networking event for luxury travel professionals. Her team’s dedication also garnered accolades such as gold and silver recognition in the 2019 Travel Weekly Magellan Awards and platinum and gold honors in the 2019 MarCom Awards.

Mary’s passion for travel extends beyond her professional endeavors; she enjoys exploring new destinations with her family and actively contributes to her community as a volunteer. Mary cherishes moments spent with her twins, residing in the suburbs of Chicago, IL.
