When I travel, it is a pattern for me to include local markets visits where I am able to feel the local life vibe and dynamic. I enjoy communicating and connecting with locals, often it happens when selecting fresh produce from market vendors. Visiting art galleries are also a great way for me to get to discover what inspires local artists and get exposed to their vision.
