PHASE 3BOOST TRAVELER CONFIDENCE THROUGH COMMUNICATION

No matter the current state of travel at your organization, boosting confidence will be key to the success of your program in 2021 and beyond. Your travelers want to know how you’ll be keeping them safe while out of the office for business. Empower them to be confident road warriors once again with consistent communication, action items, training, and other resources.

STEP 1 • KEEP A PULSE ON THE ACTIVE VOICE OF YOUR TRAVELERS

Remote environments make it more challenging to understand employee sentiment.  What are the general feelings that employees have towards business travel?  Are some groups “ready to go”?  Perhaps others are more conservative?  While this will look different at each organization, it’s important to take a more active role in soliciting this feedback.

We recommend check-ins with key individuals – gather input from road-warriors and team leaders. If you have a larger program, consider putting together a simple survey poll for feedback.

STEP 2 • FORMULATE A COMMUNICATIONS PLAN

Collaborate with your Account Manager to create a customized communication plan for your travelers who are just getting back to travel. In addition to any new enhancements, consider addressing the following in your communication plan.

✓ Online Booking Tool Access Reminders
✓ Details on Travel Policy Changes

✓ Clear, Concise Direction on Permissible Travel
✓ Unused Ticket Management
✓ Travel Arranger Assignments

We’re here to help!
Your Account Manager in conjunction with FROSCH’s marketing team can help create email graphics, content, and training materials specific to your organization. Let us know how we can facilitate communication with your travelers.

STEP 3 • KEEP YOUR TRAVELERS INFORMED WITH GUIDEME.

Alert your travelers to the FREE resource they have in GuideMe.
All FROSCH clients receive detailed GuideMe resource links on their itineraries complimentary. If you don’t see the grey bar with blue text near the top of your itineraries, contact your Account Manager to turn GuideMe on.

If you’ve upgraded your GuideMe package, your travelers may also be receiving pre-trip email notifications 48 hours prior to departure, as well as push notifications from Obex for Business.

Additionally, GuideMe information can be searched prior to booking on the FROSCH Traveler Safety & Security Resource Hub.

STEP 4 • REMIND TRAVELERS TO UPDATE THEIR TRAVELER PROFILES

It’s been awhile since most employees have thought of travel, prompt your travelers and travel arrangers to verify the information in their traveler profiles.

✓ Home Address, if you’ve recently moved
✓ Credit Card Expiration
✓ Hotel Preferences, perhaps you prefer a higher floor now
✓ Air Preferences, window versus aisle seat for example
✓ Airline Status & Loyalty Program Numbers
✓ Travel Arranger Assignments

Think your travelers need a refresher on how to access their traveler profiles?
Your Account Manager can provide your customized Traveler Guides with specific instructions for your travelers to navigate the FROSCH Travel Portal and/or online booking tool.
